Hawkwell Parish Council has decided to set up a Working Group consisting of Parish Councillors and residents. This is to undertake a scoping exercise to assess the feasibility and conduct due diligence into the possibility of carrying out a Neighbourhood Plan for Hawkwell.
The next step is for Council to establish the membership requirements for the Working Group and the mechanics and governance of how it would run.
